I'm not quite sure about Job, but I do know there are themes of liberation and knowing in it: Job got back everything except slaves, and Job also knew the names of his daughters after the ordeal.
I'm pretty sure it's intended to be a story (and thus never actually happened), kinda like a weird fairly tale. Why, what do you think the books' purpose is?
Hi Stu.
ReplyDeleteInteresting insight to life. I was wondering what your take on the book of Job in the Bible is. What is it's purpose?
